2. Issue the invoice

Unbilled hours become a numbered invoice with your terms, your tax lines and a running sequence that never has gaps.

3. Chase, or do not

Overdue invoices surface on their due date. Reminders send themselves if you turn them on, and stay quiet if you would rather write your own.

Questions

Can I get my data out?
Yes, as CSV, at any time, including on the free plan. Invoices export as PDFs in one archive.
Do you handle tax?
We calculate the lines you configure and put them on the invoice. We are not accountants and do not file anything on your behalf.
What happens if I stop paying?
The account drops to the free tier. Nothing is deleted, and existing invoices stay downloadable.
Is there an app?
No. The site works on a phone, which covers the one thing people do on a phone: start and stop a timer.
